At least one full physical registration by an author is required for each accepted paper, even if you are only present virtually. This registration covers the participation in the conference, the publication of the proceedings in IEEEXpress, and (if physically present) the conference dinner, lunches and the coffee breaks. For other participants, including other authors of papers (other than the one who will present the paper), registration is required if you plan to attend the event physically or virtually. The virtual registration includes access to the videoconferencing system of the event.
All Mascots Workshop accepted papers also require one full physical registration, even if you attend virtually, and the same rules as above apply for workshop attendance. Workshop attendees are most welcome to attend the main conference, and participate in coffee breaks, lunches and the conference dinner.
The registration fee may be paid by wire transfer and using visa or mastercard.
